Facilities
The elevator in the 5-storey administration building has been out of service for a month. This is particularly challenging for staff and visitors with mobility issues.
Student Welfare
There are only 4 washing points for over 800 students in the hostel complex. Long queues and conflicts are common, especially during exam periods.
Security
Requesting increased security patrols around the library area, especially between 8pm and midnight when students are studying.
Academics
Lecture halls allocated for Mass Communication courses are too small. Over 300 students are packed into halls designed for 150, making learning difficult.
Infrastructure
Internet speed in the ICT center is extremely slow (less than 1 Mbps). Students cannot download course materials or submit assignments online.
